江门地区悬浮红细胞容量标示量和参考范围的探讨

摘　　要：目的制订江门地区悬浮红细胞容量标示量及参考范围,加强血液质量管理,为临床输血提供可靠的数据支持。方法根据成分制备信息化管理平台,统计分析江门地区于2019—2020年采集足量全血经全自动血液成分分离机制备的41894袋1 U、11747袋1.5 U、27606袋2 U规格悬浮红细胞的容量范围,与其他地区研究结果进行比较分析,确定符合本地实际的悬浮红细胞容量标示量及参考范围。结果来源于江门地区(200±20)ml、(300±30)ml、(400±40)ml全血制备的1、1.5、2 U规格悬浮红细胞容量标示量分别为153.46、221.47、294.73 ml,参考范围分别为:(153.46±15.35)ml、(221.47±22.15)ml、(294.73±29.47)ml;江门地区悬浮红细胞容量统计结果与其他地区比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论江门地区实际制备的悬浮红细胞容量80%以上在确定的参考范围内。此次研究制订的悬浮红细胞容量标示量和参考范围符合江门地区实际,有助于及时高效的检测出容量异常血液,保障血液质量及临床输血工作安全开展。Objective To formulate the labeled quantity and reference range of the volume of suspended erythrocyte in Jiangmen region,strengthen blood quality management,and provide reliable data support for clinical blood transfusion.Methods In the light of components preparation information management platform,the volume ranges of 41,894 bags of 1 U,11,747 bags of 1.5 U and 27,606 bags of 2 U suspended erythrocytes prepared by automatic blood components separator from sufficient whole blood collected in Jiangmen region from 2019 to 2020 were counted and analyzed,and they were compared and analyzed with the research results in other regions so as to determine the labeled quantity and reference range of the volume of suspended erythrocyte that conform to local reality.Results The labeled quantity of 1 U,1.5 U and 2 U s uspended erythrocyte prepared from(200±20)ml,(300±30)ml and(400±40)ml of whole blood in Jiangmen region was 153.46 ml,221.47 ml and 294.73 ml respectively,and the reference range was(153.46±15.35)ml,(221.47±22.15)ml and(294.73±29.47)ml respectively.When the statistical results of the volume of suspended erythrocyte in Jiangmen region were compared with those in other regions,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion More than 80%of the volume of suspended erythrocyte actually prepared in Jiangmen region is within the determined reference range.The labeled quantity and reference range of the volume of suspended erythrocyte formulated in this study are in line with the reality of Jiangmen region,which is helpful for detecting abnormal blood volume in time and efficiently and ensuring blood quality and the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
