摘 要:为研究摩擦因数及模具角度工艺参数对钨合金的静液挤压过程的影响,设计了钨合金静液挤压工艺方案,利用Solidworks软件建立三维模型,运用Deform-3D软件对钨合金静液挤压过程进行数值模拟,分析了不同摩擦因数及模具角度对钨合金静液挤压过程的影响,确定了钨合金静液挤压工艺中摩擦因数及模具角度的选择范围,摩擦因数选取范围为0.05~0.1,模具角度选取范围为45°或略小于45°。结果表明,当摩擦因数μ=0.2时,板材的平均应力分布最均匀,挤压速度v=1 mm/s时,板材的平均应力及等效应变分布最均匀,温度过高造成板材平均应力和等效应变均匀性降低。In order to study the influence of friction factor and mold angle processparameters on the static extrusion process of tungsten alloy,a solution of tungstenalloy still extrusion process is designed,a three-dimensional model is established by using Solidworks software,and a numerical simulation of tungsten alloy still extrusion process is used Deform-3D software,and different friction causes are analyzed.The influence of the number and mold angle on the process of tungstenalloy still extrusion determines the selection range of friction factor and mold angle intungsten alloy still extrusion process,the selection range of friction factor is 0.05 to 0.1,and the selection range of mold angle is 45 degrees or slightly less than 45 degrees.The results show that when the coefficient of frictionμis 0.2,the average stress distribution of the plate is most uniform,and when the extrusion speed v is 1 mm/s,the average stress and iso-effect change of the plate is the most uniform,and the temperature is too high,resulting in a decrease in the average stress and iso-effect uniformity of the sheet.
