大面积丹毒样皮肤转移癌一例

摘　　要：患者,女,50岁。胸背部浸润性斑块、偶有疼痛15个月。27个月前诊断为乳腺浸润性癌ⅢB期(cT4N1M0)、腋窝淋巴结转移,予化疗及右侧乳腺癌改良根治术;术后8个月右侧胸背部及左侧胸部皮肤出现红肿伴瘙痒,面积逐渐扩大。左乳皮肤病理及免疫组化示癌细胞符合乳腺癌来源。诊断:乳腺癌皮肤转移。A 50-year-old female has erythematos-infiltrativer plaques on the chest and back with occasional pain for 15 months. She was diagnosed as invasive breast carcinoma stage ⅢB(cT4 N1 M0) and axillary lymph node metastases 27 months ago. The patient was treated with chemotherapy and mastectomy for right breast carcinoma. The redness and swelling lesions with pruritus on the chest and check with itching at 8-month after surgery, and the size gradually increased. Pathological biopsy and immunohistochemical staining of left breast skin showed that cancer cells were consistent with the origin of breast carcinoma. The diagnosis of cutaneous metastatic carcinoma from breast carcinoma was made.
