摘  要:以某款便携式车载挖树机为研究对象,对其刀具切削功耗进行优化设计。首先基于非线性动力学数值仿真结果进行正交试验设计研究,获得挖树机在不同工况下的功率消耗值;其次对正交试验的结果进行回归分析,确定功耗与给定工作参数的多元线性回归方程;最后采用Fmincon函数对功耗进行优化设计。对比结果表明,优化后的挖树机功耗降低38%。A new portable type tree digger was selected to be the object of study,and corresponding optimization design of power dissipation was conducted.First,the power dissipation parameters under different working conditions were determined based on the simulation results and the orthogonality experiment design.Then,the liner multiple regression equation was proposed by analyzing the orthogonality experiment design results.Finally,the Fmincon function was applied in optimizing the power dissipation.Comparison between the results show that the power dissipation of the optimized tree digger has been cut down by 38%.
