摘 要:以高直链玉米淀粉(HACS)与聚乙烯醇(PVAL)按质量比40∶60混合,添加不同质量分数的氧化石墨烯(GO),使用丙三醇作为增塑剂,戊二醛作为交联剂,采用溶液流延法制备HACS/PVAL/GO共混膜。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、同步综合热分析仪等对共混膜的表面形态、拉伸性能、水蒸气透过率、透光率、热稳定性进行分析测试。研究发现,在共混膜中添加适量GO可以有效提高共混膜的的结晶度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、透光率和热稳定性。当添加GO质量分数为0.04%时,共混膜的结晶度、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率均达到最大值,分别为43.75%,10.12 MPa,205.72%;当添加GO质量分数为0.06%时,共混膜拥有最高的透光率,为86.08%;当添加GO质量分数分别为0.04%,0.06%时,共混膜的水蒸气透过率分别1962.53,1878.04 g/(m^(2)·24 h)。High amylose corn starch(HACS)was mixed with polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL)at a mass ratio of 40∶60,and different mass fractions of graphene oxide(GO)were added,using glycerin as plasticizer and glutaraldehyde as crosslinking agent,HACS/PVAL/GO blends were prepared by solution flow method.The surface morphology,tensile properties,water vapor transmittance,light transmittance and thermal stability of the blend film were analyzed and tested by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,X-ray diffrotometer,scanning electron microscope and synchronous comprehensive thermal analyzer.It is found that adding appropriate amount of GO into the blend film can effectively improve the crystallinity,tensile strength,elongation at break,light transmittance and thermal stability of the blend film.When the mass fraction of GO is 0.04%,the crystallinity,tensile strength and elongation at break of blend film reach the maximum,which are 43.75%,10.12 MPa and 205.72%,respectively.When the mass fraction of GO is 0.06%,the film has the highest light transmittance,which is 86.08%.When the mass fraction of GO is 0.04%and 0.06%,the water vapor transmittance of the blend film is 1962.53,1878.04 g/(m^(2)·24 h),respectively.
