摘 要:钛金属及其合金因其良好的生物相容性和力学特点成为应用最广泛的口腔种植材料。越来越多的研究证明,钛离子及颗粒的释放可以通过破坏骨平衡、抑制免疫等方式造成无菌性种植体周围炎,同时也会造成神经抑制及过敏反应等。但是目前尚未深入研究种植修复中钛颗粒或离子释放对机体长期的影响。本文就钛离子释放原因及钛离子及颗粒对机体的影响进行综述。Titanium and its alloys have been regarded as the most widely used dental implants material due to its good biocompatibility and mechanical properties.More and more studies have shown that the release of titanium ions and particles can cause peri-implantitis by disrupting bone balance and suppressing immunity,and it can also cause nerve suppression and allergic reactions.However,the long-term effects of titanium particles or ion release on the body during implant restoration have not been deeply studied.This article reviews the reasons for the release of titanium ions and the effects of titanium ions and particles on the body.
