摘  要:多孔沥青路面的大空隙特征使其与下承层的接触面积较密级配路面要小,导致其粘层对温度和水分的适应性需求更高。选取SBS改性乳化沥青、SBS改性沥青碎石封层、橡胶沥青碎石封层的3种粘层材料,以层间抗剪强度和层间抗拉强度作为评价指标,首先分析了低温、常温、普通高温、极端高温条件下多孔沥青路面层间粘结强度的衰减情况,其次通过浸水养生对比了水分对层间粘结强度的影响,最后研究了经温度和水分循环作用后层间粘结强度的变化规律。研究结果表明:与无粘层对照试件相比,设置粘层试件在高温条件下层间粘结强度更高;仅浸水养生后,SBS改性沥青碎石封层和橡胶沥青碎石封层的层间粘结强度衰减比例相当,但是温度和水分耦合作用下后者的残留强度更高;综合对比3种粘层材料,橡胶沥青碎石封层对温度和水分的敏感性最小,对环境条件的适应性最高。The contact area between porous asphalt course and the underlying layer is smaller than that of dense-graded asphalt course due to the large voids of porous asphalt course.As a result,the adaptability requirement to temperature and moisture of the bonding layer is higher for porous asphalt pavement.Three kinds of bonding layers,respectively SBS modified emulsified asphalt,SBS modified asphalt chip seal and rubber asphalt chip seal,were selected.The interlayer shear strength and interlayer tensile strength were chosen as evaluation indexes of the interlayer bonding performance.Firstly,the attenuation situation of interlayer bonding strength was analyzed for porous asphalt pavement under the conditions of low temperature,normal temperature,normal high temperature and extreme high temperature.Then,effect of moisture on the interlayer bonding strength was compared by water immersion or not.Finally,changing law of the interlayer bonding strength was studied after different cyclic action numbers of temperature and moisture.The research results show that the specimens with bonding layer have higher interlayer bonding strength under the high temperature conditions compared with the control specimens without bonding layer.The attenuation ratio of interlayer bonding strength is similar after water immersion for SBS modified asphalt chip seal and rubber asphalt chip seal,but the residual strength of the latter is larger under the coupling action of temperature and moisture.According to the comprehensive comparison of three kinds of bonding layers,rubber asphalt chip seal has the least sensitivity to temperature and moisture,and the highest adaptability to environmental conditions.
