摘　　要：根据实车出现的行李箱盖难关问题,运用FTA故障树进行原因分析,通过对设计定义、实车装配及部品核查等3个方面进行检查。并逐步分解密封条、限位块、止口及气密性等对关闭力的影响。通过改善限位块、密封条及管控止口高度等手段,有效改善此问题。According to the difficult problem of trunk lid in the real vehicle,this paper uses FTA fault tree to analyze the causes,and checks the design definition,real vehicle assembly and part verification.And gradually decompose the influence of sealing strip,fix-bumper,opening flange and air tightness on the closing force.It is of great practical significance to effectively improve this problem by improving the fix-bumper.
