浅析省级农业科研单位学科建设——以四川省农业科学院植物保护研究所为例

摘　　要：文章以四川省农业科学院植物保护研究所为例,阐述了其学科建设的现状、成效,分析了存在问题,并从学科建设布局、领军人才培养和引进、学科融合及协同创新、学科队伍动态调整、条件平台建设、建立学科建设管理和评价体系等方面提出了相应的对策和建议,以期为农业科研单位学科建设提供参考。Taking Plant Protection Institute,Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as example,the discipline construction′s status,the achievements and existing problems were analyzed in detail in the paper.On the basis,proposals and countermeasures were put forward from strengthening the layout of discipline construction,talent cultivation and introduction,subject integration and collaborative innovation,team dynamic adjustment,platform construction and establishment of subject construction management and evaluation system,which will provide reference for subject construction of agricultural scientific research units.
