摘 要:丁酸梭菌是一种专性厌氧的革兰氏阳性菌,可产生内生孢子,具有耐酸、耐高温、耐抗生素、耐受消化液等优点,可作为绿色无污染的功能性饲料添加剂。丁酸梭菌可促进水产动物肠道产生有益菌、增强肠道消化能力、提高动物生产性能,还可降低疾病治疗中抗生素的使用比例,减少机体药物残留和环境污染。本文综述了丁酸梭菌对水产动物营养及免疫性能的影响,旨在为其在水产养殖中的应用提供参考。Bacterium Clostridium butyricum as a kind of obligate anaerobic Gram-positive one can produce endospores and is characterized by many advantages including acids resistance, high temperature resistance and antibiotic resistance, thus being used as a green and non-polluting functional feed additive. It can promote the production of beneficial bacteria in intestinal tract of aquatic animals, enhance the digestive capacity of the intestinal tract and improve animal performance, but also reduce the proportion of antibiotics used in the treatment of diseases, and eliminate reduce drug residues in body and environment. This article reviews the effects of dietary Clostridium butyricum on the nutrition and immunity of aquatic animals for providing a reference related to its application in aquaculture.
