摘　　要：“哈萨克控案”是清代著名疆臣松筠任伊犁将军时处置的一起越境纠纷案件。案发及办案过程现存完整记录,清晰展示了卡伦内外游牧部落之间的摩擦及域外部落与清朝卡伦之间的互动情况,生动反映了嘉庆朝西北边境管理与外交方针政策的实施情况,为后人理解清朝中期西北边政提供了独特的视角。"Kazakh case" was a cross-border dispute case handled by Song Yun, a famous Xinjiang minister, in mid-Qing Dynasty when he served as the general of Ili. The complete records of the case and the process of handling the case clearly show the friction between the nomadic tribes inside and outside the border and the interaction between the tribes outside the border and the Qing outpost, which vividly reflects the implementation of the northwest border management and foreign policy of Jiaqing Period and provides a unique perspective for future generations to understand the northwest border policy in the mid-Qing Dynasty.
