木家具上蜡技术的应用现状与发展

摘　　要：木家具白坯通常都需要经涂装后才能被使用,涂装的目的主要在于对木家具起到保护和美化作用。我国传统的木家具主要采用"髹漆""烫蜡"和"擦油"等工艺进行表面装饰。在现代木家具的批量生产中,各种合成树脂涂料已经基本代替了传统的"漆、蜡、油"广泛用于木家具的涂装。但随着人民生活水平和对居住环保要求的不断提高,木家具表面绿色涂装和各种生态环保涂料的应用已经成为发展趋势。基于蜡曾经是我国传统木家具表面装饰的一种重要材料,为此主要概述了传统的烫蜡工艺以及现代的漆托蜡、煮蜡、擦蜡、木蜡油涂饰等工艺,以期总结上蜡(或蜡饰)技术在木家具生产中的应用现状和发展。Wooden furniture usually can be used only after finishing. The main purposes of the coating are to highlight the color and figure of wooden furniture. Chinese traditional surface decoration processes of wooden furniture mainly adopt"lacquering","polish with melted wax"and"coating with wood oil". In modern mass production of wooden furniture,various kinds of synthetic resin coating have largely re-placed the traditional"raw lacquer,wax and wood oil"and are widely used in the finishing of wooden furni-ture. With the continuous improvement of people.s living standard and living environmental requirements,the application of the green surface coating and the environmentally friendly coatings for wooden furniture has become a development trend. Given that wax was once one of the important surface decoration materi-als for traditional Chinese wooden furniture,this paper overviewed the traditional process of polish with melted wax and the modern processes such as wax after painting,wax impregnation,wax polishing,and coating with wood wax oil. The application status and development of waxing or coating with wax technolo-gy in the production of wooden furniture was summarized.
