重金属污泥资源化处置研究

摘　　要：印制电路板生产废水处理过程中会产生重金属污泥,该污泥若未经妥善处置任意堆放,不仅对环境造成重大影响,还会造成金属资源的浪费。文章对某污水处理厂的重金属污泥进行资源化处置,将其中的铜、铬、镍、锌金属分别转化为硫化铜、磷酸铬、镍锭和锌锭产品进行回收,并且最终残渣浸出液中主要金属元素成分含量均符合《HJ/T 299-2007固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法硫酸硝酸法》标准要求。Heavy metal sludge will be produced during the treatment wastewater in printed circuit board production.If they were not disposed properly,they will not only bring serious harm to the environment,but also cause a waste of metal resources.Sludge containing heavy metals of sewage treatment plant was disposed in this paper.Copper,chromium,nickel,zinc were recycled by copper sulphide,chromic phosphate,nickel ingot and zinc ingot.The major metal elements of the residue meet the standard requirements of Solid waste-Extraction procedure for leaching toxicity-Sulphuric acid&nitric acid method.
