摘  要:该文介绍了一种基于非分光红外的甲烷传感器检测信号调理部分的设计方法。该方法采用OP77运算放大器搭建跨阻放大器和可变增益放大器,将传感器输出的微弱电流信号经过跨阻放大器和可变增益放大器进行调理转换成单片机可以采集的电压信号,并对高频信号进行抑制,提高信噪比。利用MULTISIM软件对设计电路进行模拟仿真实验,在保障合理放大信号的前提下降低电路复杂度和制作成本,提高电路稳定性。信号调理对后续的调试和信号进一步处理等有重要的作用。This paper introduces a design method of signal conditioning part based on non-dispersive infrared methane sensor.This method uses OP77 operational amplifier to build transimpedance amplifier and variable gain amplifier.The weak current signal output by the sensor is converted into the voltage signal that can be collected by the microcontroller through the transimpedance amplifier and the adjustable gain amplifier,and high frequency signal is suppressed to improve SNR.The MULTISIM software is used to simulate the designed circuit.Under the premise of ensuring reasonable amplification of the signal,the circuit complexity and production cost are reduced,and the circuit stability is improved.Signal conditioning plays an important role in subsequent debugging and signal further processing.
