摘　　要：脑卒中具有很高的致残率和死亡率,我国脑卒中发病率逐年升高。高血压是最常见的慢性心脑血管疾病之一,也是脑卒中最主要的危险因素。高血压前期概念的提出不仅界定了高血压的发展阶段,明确了发生高血压的高危人群,更重要的是有助于将心脑血管疾病的预防和治疗基线前移,使高血压病预防和治疗的基础人群扩大,识别出高血压高危人群,降低或减少高血压病及脑卒中疾病的发病率。随着新媒体与医学研究的深度结合,更方便快捷利用网络信息平台对高血压前期患者进行健康管理是未来新的趋势。本文通过综述国内外相关文献,重点阐述新媒体环境下高血压前期的干预及健康管理,为预防和延缓高血压和脑卒中疾病的发生具有重要意义。Stroke has a high rate of disability and mortality,whose incidence in China is increasing year by year.Being the main risk factor for stroke,hypertension is one of the most common chronic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.The introduction of the concept of prehypertension not only defines the development stage of hypertension,clarifying the high-risk groups for hypertension,but more importantly,brings forward the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,expanding the base population,identifying the high-risk groups,and reducing the incidence of hypertension and stroke.With the in-depth integration of new media and medical research,it is a new trend to make easier and faster use of network information platforms for the health management of prehypertension patients.By reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper focuses on the intervention and health management of prehypertension in the new media environment,which is of great significance for the prevention and delay of hypertension and stroke.
