美索巴莫注射液治疗急性坐骨神经痛的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨美索巴莫注射液在治疗急性坐骨神经痛患者中的疗效和安全性。方法选取2020年1月-2021年6月收治的180例腰椎间盘突出症所致急性坐骨神经痛患者,采用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,每组90例。对照组给予口服对乙酰氨基酚片(0.3 g/次,3/d)+甲钴胺分散片(0.5 mg/次,1/d),治疗7 d;在对照组给药的基础上,观察组给予静脉推注美索巴莫注射液,1 g/次,2/日,持续7 d。比较两组患者治疗有效率、治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)和下腰痛评分及不良反应。结果治疗7 d后,观察组总有效率96.7%、治愈率53.3%,高于对照组的94.4%和36.7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(秩和检验,P=0.024);与治疗前(T_(0))比较,治疗3d后(T_(1))、治疗7d后(T_(2)),VAS评分降低,下腰痛评分升高,且观察组观察组T_(1)期、T_(2)期VAS评分均低于对照组,下腰痛评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美索巴莫注射液同时具备肌松和抗炎作用,治疗急性坐骨神经痛安全、有效。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Methocrbamol Injection in the treatment of patients with acute sciatica.Methods The total of 180 patients with acute sciatica caused by lumbar disc herniation(LDH)from January 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases in each group.The control group was given Paracetamol Tablets(0.3 g,3/d)+Mecobalamin Dispersible Tablets(0.5 mg,1/d),lasting for 7 days;On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given intravenous injection of Methocrbamol Injection(1 g,2/d lasting for 7 days).The effective rate,visual analogy score(VAS),low back pain scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.7%and the cure rate was 53.3%in the observation group,which was higher than 94.4%and 36.7%in the control group(Rank Sum Test,P=0.024).Compared with before treatment(T_(0)),VAS scores of 3 days after treatment(T_(1))and 7 days after treatment(T_(2))decreased and low back pain score increased.VAS scores of T_(1) and T_(2) in observation group were lower than those in control group,low back pain score was higher than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Methocrbamol injection which has both muscle relaxation and anti-inflammatory effects,is safe and effective in the treatment of acute sciatica.
