摘  要:针对当前大气环境容量估算模型参数选取和多尺度应用缺乏系统研究,不同研究结果可比性差,大气环境容量估算结果难以为区域大气环境联防联控发挥支撑作用的现状,对A值法、线性规划法和模拟法等大气容量估算模型参数研究成果进行系统梳理,确定关键参数及其计算方法,系统总结国家、城市群、城市和工业园区等多个尺度大气环境容量核算情况,指出当前的大气环境容量多尺度应用仍然存在多尺度、多方法计算结果难以比对和融合的问题。对各方法的适用条件和参数取值进行规范,实现多尺度间大气环境容量的支持与响应,将是大气环境容量研究的重点。In view of the lack of systematic research on parameter selection and multi-scale application of atmospheric environmental capacity estimation model,the poor comparability of different research results,and the atmospheric environmental capacity estimation results difficult to play a supporting role in joint prevention and control of regional atmospheric environment,this paper systematically reviewed the development of atmospheric capacity estimation model parameters,including A value method,linear programming method and simulation method,and determined the key parameters and their calculation methods.The results of multi-scale estimation of atmospheric environmental capacity for national,urban agglomeration,city and industrial park were summarized,and it was found that the current multi-scale application of atmospheric environmental capacity was still difficult to compare and integrate the results calculated by different scales and different methods.It would be a focus of atmospheric environmental capacity research to standardize the applicable conditions and parameter values of each research method and realize the support and response of multi-scale atmospheric environmental capacity.
