国家能力视角下农村食品药品监督管理困境及出路

摘　　要：食品药品安全关系到人们的健康,关系到社会的发展全局,也体现着国家的意志和能力。近年来,我国食品药品安全事故不断发生,假冒伪劣药品屡禁不止,表明食品药品安全监管需要加强市场的调控力度,采取有效的措施进行完善。为此,本文立足宏观视角,分析农村食品药品监督管理困境,并提出完善监管机制的相关措施,以供参考。Food and drug safety is related to the health of the people and the overall development of society.It also shows the will and ability of the country.In recent years,China's food and drug safety accidents continue to occur,and the repeated prohibition of fake and shoddy drugs shows that food and drug safety supervision needs to strengthen market regulation and take effective measures to improve.Therefore,based on the macro perspective,this paper analyzes the dilemma of rural food and drug supervision and management,and puts forward a perfect relevant measures to improve the supervision mechanism for reference.
