摘 要:目的分析比较同一养殖环境下淡水龟和陆龟尿液挥发性化学成分组成及其抗菌性活性。方法于2019年,采用古文献方法获取乌龟尿液,乙醚超声萃取挥发性成分,GC-MS分析对比其化学组成,通过抑菌环法、悬液定量法研究3种乌龟尿液对常见4种菌的抑菌能力。结果黄喉拟水龟尿液中分离鉴定34个挥发性化学成分,三线闭壳龟尿液中分离鉴定25个挥发性化学成分,凹甲陆龟尿分离鉴定了37个化合物。3种乌龟尿液挥发性成分对4种常见细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,黄喉拟水龟尿对金黄色葡萄球菌和伤寒沙门氏菌抑菌作用较好,三线闭壳龟尿对大肠杆菌抑菌效果较明显,凹甲陆龟尿抑菌作用较弱。结论同一环境饲养的3种乌龟尿液中挥发性化学成分存在较大程度的差异,对4种常见细菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,各组抑菌作用差异较大,对文献记载的陆龟不入药结论仍需进一步药理试验依据。Objective To analyze and compare the chemical and antimicrobial ingredients of volatile components in urine from freshwater turtles and tortoises kept in the same environment.Methods In 2019,the turtle or tortoise urine was obtained by the ancient literature methods.The volatile components were extracted with ether ultrasonic,and the chemical composition was analyzed and compared by GC-MS.The bacteriostatic ring method and suspension quantitative method were used to study the bacteriostatic effect of 3 kinds of turtle or tortoise urine against 4 common bacteria.Results Thirty-four compounds were identified in the volatile components of Mauremys mutica urine,25 of Cuora trifasciata urine,and 37 of Manouria impressa urine.All the 3 kinds of urine had some bacteriostatic effect against the 4 common bacteria;the Mauremys mutica urine had better inhibitory effect on S.aureus and Salmonella than the other two kinds of urine;Cuora trifasciata urine had better inhibitory effect on E.coli;and Manouria impressa urine showed weak bacteriostatic effect.Conclusions The chemical components in the volatile components of the three kinds of turtle urine vary obviously.All the 3 kinds of urine have antibacterial effect in very different degrees against the 4 common bacteria,so more experimental pharmacological evidences are needed for the conclusion that tortoises are not used as drug recorded in literatures.
