摘　　要：跨膜蛋白(transmembrane protein, TMEM)是一类跨细胞膜或细胞器膜的蛋白质。TMEM家族中大多数蛋白质由于缺乏完整表征而被统一归为TMEM家族。TMEM家族蛋白的表达在肿瘤组织中有显著的上调或下调。其中一些TMEM蛋白被定义为肿瘤的潜在预后生物标志物。TMEM蛋白能够抑制或促进肿瘤的发生发展,对肿瘤的增殖、迁移及侵袭有明显的作用。因此,更好地表征这些蛋白质能够为肿瘤的预防及治疗提供新的思路。Transmembrane protein(TMEM) is a type of protein that crosses cell membranes or organelle membranes. Most of the proteins in TMEM family were unified into TMEM family due to lack of complete characterization. Many studies have shown that the expression of TMEM family proteins is significantly up-regulated or down regulated in tumor tissues. Some of these TMEM proteins are defined as potential prognostic biomarkers of tumors. Many experiments have proved that TMEM protein can inhibit or promote the occurrence and development of tumor, and has obvious effect on tumor proliferation, migration and invasion. Therefore, better characterization of these proteins can provide new ideas for tumor prevention and treatment.
