摘  要:为了实现临床医学拔尖创新人才的培养目标,中南大学医学八年制的分子生物学教学多年来一直坚持以学生为中心的讨论式和案例式小班教学。鉴于分子生物学与现代精准医学的交叉融合发展,现打破专业限制,围绕"分子生物学在精准医学中的应用与发展"主题,我校为医学八年制学生开设由"分子生物学基础课程教师"和"临床医学专业教师"同台授课的双师讨论课堂。从教学内容、教师组合、课前组织到课堂实施,每一环节都精心安排。双师讨论课堂教学模式体现了学生主体的特点,实现了不同专业背景教师同台授课,突出了精准医学特点,推动了学生从"分子生物学基础课学习"跨度到"专业能力和创新意识培养",最大程度提升了教学效果。Molecular Biology,as a supporting subject of modern medicine progressing,has become a compulsory course of eight-year medical education in Central South University.To achieve the goal of cultivating top-notch innovative talents in clinical medicine,we have been insisting on student-centered discussion and case-based small class teaching for multiple years.Based on the closer integration trend between Molecular Biology and modern precision medicine,we here break through professional limitations and set up double-teacher discussion classes hosted combinedly by a Molecular Biology teacher and a Clinical Medicine teacher.From the selection of teaching content,the confirmation of teachers’combination,the teaching organization to the final implementation of the discussion class,every step was planed carefully.This teaching mode of double-teacher discussion classes fully respects characteristics of the student subject,highlights development of precision medicine,and promotes students from"basic Molecular Biology course learning"to"professional ability and innovation consciousness cultivation",maximizing the teaching effect.
