摘  要:优化了热水浸提法提取篱栏网多糖的工艺,最佳条件为:液料比26 mL/g,温度94.5℃,提取时间3.6 h,提取次数2次,此时多糖提取率为(4.38±0.04)%;该多糖清除DPPH自由基的IC_(50)值为(0.12±0.03)mg/mL,清除羟基自由基的IC_(50)值为(1.21±0.02)mg/mL。The Merremia hederacea polysaccharides were extracted by hot water,and optimize the extraction process.The optimal extraction process was as follows:the ratio of liquid to solid was 26 mL/g,the extraction temperature was 94.5℃,the extraction time was 3.6 h,the extraction times were 2 times,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was(4.38±0.04)%.This polysaccharides IC_(50)value of DPPH free radical was(0.12±0.03)mg/mL,and the IC_(50) value of scavenging hydroxyl free radical was(1.21±0.02)mg/mL.
