摘 要:针对当前较多遥感图像融合方法在融合过程中对全色图像背景纹理,亮度信息制约不足,注入过多导致光谱扭曲过大,造成图像质量下降的问题。对此,提出了一种基于视觉感知机制制约全色图像背景纹理信息的遥感图像融合算法。通过广义IHS变换,获得多光谱图像的I分量和其他分量;通过非下采样轮廓波变换(NSCT),提取多光谱图像I分量和全色图像的高频系数和低频系数;经过基于高斯差分(DOG)算子的视觉感知机制,提取梯度图,再通过DOG算子的滤波特性对背景纹理进行制约,由此构造低频系数融合规则,获取制约后的融合低频系数;通过构造高频系数融合规则,完成高频系数的融合;然后通过对融合系数进行逆变换得到最终的融合图像。实验结果显示,所提算法的融合图像相较于其他算法在结构相似度上有更好的表现,且边缘密度表现较好,有效制约了全色图像背景纹理及亮度信息的注入。In view of the many current remote sensing image fusion methods in the process of fusion,the panchromatic image background texture,brightness information is not enough to restrict,too much injection leads to the spectrum distortion,resulting in the deterioration of image quality.Therefore,a remote sensing image fusion algorithm based on visual perception mechanism is proposed to restrict the background texture information of panchromatic image.Firstly,the generalized IHS(Intensity,Hue,Saturation)transformation is used to obtain the I component and other components of the multispectral image.Secondly,nonsubsampled contourlet transform(NSCT)is used to extract the high and low frequency coefficients of I component and panchromatic image.Then,through the visual perception mechanism based on Gaussian difference operator(DOG),the gradient image is extracted firstly,and then the background texture is restricted by the filtering characteristics of DOG operator.Thus,the fusion rules of low frequency coefficients are constructed to obtain the constrained fusion low frequency coefficients.The fusion rules of high frequency coefficients are constructed to complete the fusion of high frequency coefficients.Then the final fusion image is obtained by the inverse transformation of the fusion coefficient.Experimental results show that the fusion image of the proposed algorithm has better performance in structural similarity and edge density than other algorithms,which effectively restricts the injection of background texture and brightness information of panchromatic image.
