摘 要:母语语言水平修养是外语专业学生基本的素质要求。以安徽农业大学外国语学院英语专业学生为例,通过问卷调查和数据分析,对英语专业本科生母语水平以及本科阶段的母语学习状态进行实证研究。调查发现,英语专业学生母语水平普遍不理想,在本科学习阶段未取得应有的进步,甚至出现一定程度的退化;内在学习动机缺乏,学习环境及条件不佳;母语学习行为与认知不一致,投入度低,学习态度消极且固化。为此,应提高全社会对母语及母语文化的重视程度,在高校招生、本科阶段教学和评价环节,增加对母语的具体要求;在促进全民提高母语水平的基础上,提升外语专业人才的母语修养。Students majoring in the foreign language are expected to be well-qualified in the mother language,which constitutes an indispensable part of their quality.Based on the questionnaire and the data analysis,L1 proficiency and learning of English majors is studied,with students in AHAU as examples.It is found that L1 proficiency of undergraduates majoring in English is not fulfilling,with retrogress to some extent.Most of the subjects recognize the importance of L1,but ignore the learning.Primary causes for their negative attitude and action towards L1 learning are the low learning motive and the poor learning conditions.To solve the problems,the importance of one's mother language is to be attached to.More concrete requirements should be added to the enrollment system and the education as well as evaluation link at the undergraduate level.
