食用玫瑰在武夷山引种适应性试验

摘　　要：以云南引进的墨红、大马士革、滇红、金边、千叶等5个食用玫瑰品种进行栽种,引种之后跟踪观测5个品种的茎粗、株高、叶片、分枝数等农艺性状,于12月初入冬后测定过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、丙二醛等抗性生理指标,并调查统计病虫害发生率及引种存活率,评估5个品种在武夷山地区的引种适应性。结果表明,滇红品种在农艺性状方面表现最优,株高、茎粗增长最多,但抗性指标测定时表现较弱,滇红品种病害发生率适中,存活率最高为90.63%;金边各方面表现不错,生长一直呈稳定增长的趋势,抗寒性指标也较优,且存活率达90.00%;千叶品种虽抗性表现最优,但农艺性状表现一般,且存活率仅45.16%;综合评价认为金边最适合在武夷山地区栽种。Five edible rose varieties were introduced from Yunnan including Mohong,Damascus,Dianhong,Jinbian and Centifolia.After planting,the agronomic characters such as stem diameter,plant height,leaves and branch number of the five varieties were tracked and observed.The resistance physiological indexes such as catalase,peroxidase,soluble protein,soluble sugar,proline and malondialdehyde were measured in early December.The incidence of diseases and pests and survival rate of introduced varieties were investigated.The adaptability of the five introduced varieties in Wuyi Mountain was evaluated.The results showed that Dianhong had the best performance at agronomic characters with the largest increase in plant height and stem diameter,but the resistance index was weak.The disease incidence of Dianhong was moderate,and the survival rate was 90.63%;Jinbian performed well in all aspects,its growth had been showing a stable growth trend,the index of cold resistance was also better,and the survival rate reached 90.00%;Although the resistance of Centifolia was the best,the agronomic characters were general,and the survival rate was only 45.16%.Comprehensive evaluation shows that Jinbian is most suitable for planting in Wuyi Moutain region.
