经营环境不确定性、股权制衡度与企业双元创新

摘　　要：作为开放式创新系统的企业在实施创新战略时应充分考虑经营环境不确定性产生的影响。以2007—2017年A股1112家上市公司为研究样本,探讨企业的经营环境不确定性与双元创新之间的关系。研究发现:公司的经营环境不确定性与双元创新之间存在倒U型关系;股权制衡度在经营环境不确定性与突破式创新之间具有调节作用,然而其在经营环境不确定性与渐进式创新之间则不存在调节作用;从公司的所有权性质看,相比于国有企业,民营企业对其经营环境不确定性更敏感,更容易对双元创新产生影响;门限回归结果表明,在公司经营环境不确定性与突破式创新之间存在明显的门限效应,当股权制衡度低于0.05时,经营环境不确定性对突破式创新产生积极影响,高于0.05则会产生消极影响;然而经营环境不确定性与渐进式创新则不存在门限效应。As an open innovation system,an enterprise should fully consider the impact of uncertainty of the business environment when implementing its innovation strategy.To this end,this article uses A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2017 as a research sample to explore the relationship between uncertainty of business environment and dual innovation of companies.The research found that:There is an inverted U-shaped relationship between the uncertainty of the company's business environment and dual innovation;the degree of equity balance plays a role in mitigating the business environment and breakthrough innovation,but it does not have a moderating role between the uncertainty of business environment and incremental innovation.From the perspective of the nature of the company's ownership,compared with state-owned enterprises,private enterprises are more sensitive to the uncertainty of their business environment and are more likely to have an impact on dual innovation.The threshold regression results show that there is a clear threshold effect between the uncertainty of the company's business environment and breakthrough innovation,when the degree of equity balance is less than 0.05,the uncertainty of the business environment will have a positive impact on breakthrough innovation,and when it is above 0.05,it will have a negative impact;however,the uncertainty of business environment and incremental innovation have no threshold effect.
