经阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢癌患者中的应用效果及对疾病分期的检测价值探究

摘　　要：目的:探究经阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢癌患者中的应用效果及对疾病分期的检测价值。方法:选取2018年2月-2020年3月的90例卵巢癌患者为观察组,同时期的90例卵巢良性疾病患者为对照组。两组均采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声进行检查,比较两组超声血流指标(PSV、EDV、PI及RI),同时比较观察组不同疾病分期及病理类型患者的检测结果,采用Spearman秩相关分析上述超声血流指标与卵巢癌疾病分期的关系。结果:观察组PSV、EDV均显著高于对照组,PI、RI均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不同疾病分期患者超声血流指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同病理类型患者超声血流指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,PSV、EDV与卵巢癌疾病分期均呈正相关(P<0.05),PI、RI与卵巢癌疾病分期均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声在卵巢癌患者中的应用效果较好,且对疾病分期的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate the application effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the patients with ovarian cancer and detection value for disease stages.Method:A total of 90 patients with ovarian cancer from February 2018 to March 2020 were chosen as the observation group,90 patients with benign ovarian diseases at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then two groups were examined by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound,and the ultrasound blood flow indexes (PSV,EDV,PI and RI) of two groups were compared,the detection results of the observation group with different disease stages and pathological types were compared,and the relationship between those ultrasound blood flow indexes and disease stages of ovarian cancer were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The PSV and EDV of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the PI and RI were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The ultrasound blood flow indexes of the observation group with different disease stages were compared,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05);the ultrasound blood flow indexes of the observation group with different pathological types were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed PSV and EDV were positively correlated with disease stages of ovarian cancer (P<0.05),PI and RI were negatively correlated with disease stages of ovarian cancer (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in patients with ovarian cancer is better,and its detection value for disease stages is higher.
