摘　　要：目的:探讨齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者的效果及对血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平的影响。方法:选取2019年7月-2020年6月本院接受治疗的100例精神分裂症患者,根据治疗方案将其分为对照组和研究组,每组50例。对照组采用氟哌啶醇,研究组采用齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后的血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平及精神症状评分。结果:研究组显效率、总有效率均高于对照组,无效率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平均高于治疗前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状及PANSS总评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理症状及PANSS总评分均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用齐拉西酮联合奥氮平治疗精神分裂症患者效果较好,并可调节血清BDNF、5-HT、NE水平,改善患者精神症状,值得借鉴。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ziprasidone combined with Olanzapine in patients with schizophrenia and its influence on serum BDNF,5-HT and NE levels.Method:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment method,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Haloperidol,and the study group was treated with Ziprasidone combined with Olanzapine.The clinical efficacy,serum BDNF,5-HT,NE levels and psychiatric symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The apparent efficiency and total effective rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the inefficiency in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in serum BDNF,5-HT and NE levels between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum BDNF,5-HT and NE in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychiatric symptoms and total PANSS scores between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general psychiatric symptoms and total PANSS scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ziprasidone combined with Olanzapine in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia has a good effect,and can regulate the levels of serum BDNF,5-HT,NE,improve the patient’s mental symptoms,which is worth learning.
