摘　　要：通过对一起叉车侧翻事故详细的现场勘察和技术分析,发现引发事故的直接原因和间接原因。根据事故原因,从事故叉车的结构型式、载荷情况以及偏载情况进行技术层面分析。该事故不仅源自叉车司机的违规操作,也源自叉车的使用单位疏于管理,安全意识淡薄。叉车监督管理部门应加强现场的监督检查。最后,从使用单位和监管机构的角度总结了本次事故的经验和教训,并给出相关工作建议。Through the detailed site survey and technical analysis of a forklift rollover accident,the direct and indirect causes of the accident are discovered.According to the causes of the accident,the structure type,load and eccentric load of the forklift are analyzed from the technical level.The accident not only resulted from the illegal operation of the forklift driver,but also from the neglect of management and weak safety awareness of the user.The forklift supervision and management department shall strengthen on-site supervision and inspection.Finally,the experience and lessons of this accident are summarized from the perspectives of user and regulatory agency,and relevant work suggestions are given.
