摘　　要：儿童口腔科医生对缺损乳牙进行全冠修复已有很长的历史,临床常用的不锈钢预成冠、贴面式不锈钢冠等在美观性、耐久性方面还存在一定不足。氧化锆全瓷预成冠颜色接近天然乳牙,化学稳定性和热稳定性好,强度、韧性等机械性能出色,生物相容性良好,治疗成功率高,在临床上得到越来越广泛的应用。文章就乳牙氧化锆全瓷预成冠的物理特性、适应证与禁忌证、临床治疗要点、疗效等方面做一综述。It had been a long history for pediatric dentists to repair the defective primary teeth with full crowns.Stainless steel crowns and pre-veneered stainless steel crowns have their own defects in appearance or durability.The color of prefabricated zirconia crowns is similar to that of primary teeth,which have good chemical and thermal stability,excellent mechanical properties such as strength and toughness.They also have good biocompatibility,high success rate,and have been widely used in clinic.This article reviewed the physical characteristics,indications,contraindications,clinical treatment essentials and curative effect of prefabricated zirconia crowns.
