摘　　要：本文针对某禽类屠宰厂采用冰水循环装置预冷出现降温困难、不能满足冷却工艺的问题,通过两次系统测试,进行检测和系统改进,使制冷系统最终满足工艺需求。进而分析了禽类屠宰预冷工艺中制冷系统、循环冰水装置、被冷却物之间的应用关系,进行系统的归纳和分析,有助于对循环冰水装置及系统应用进一步深化和优化。as a heat exchanger, circulating ice water device is a kind of falling film evaporator and the main representative equipment of water cooling and heat exchange in the pre cooling process of food processing. Through the data measurement and system test of the actual project operation, this paper analyzes the application relationship among the refrigeration system, circulating ice water device and cooled objects in the actual production, and summarizes and analyzes the system application, It is helpful to further deepen and optimize the application of falling film evaporator and system.
