摘 要:炉管发生渗碳会导致材料微观组织改变,由最初的奥氏体组织转变为奥氏体+碳化物及金属间化合物σ相,导致炉管磁性增加,矫顽力发生改变.本文拟对4种规格炉管进行不同时间的低压真空渗碳试验,获得不同渗碳层厚度,利用磁性分析仪对试验后炉管进行矫顽力测试,通过数值拟合,确定渗碳层厚度与矫顽力数值符合一元二次方程式对应关系,因此只要测得炉管矫顽力数值,便可实现炉管渗碳层快速、准确的检测评价.The carburization of the furnace tube will cause the microstructure of the material to change,from the initial austenite structure to austenite+carbide and intermetallic compound o phase,resulting in an increase in the magnetism of the furnace tube and a change in the coercive force.This article intends to carry out low-pressure vacuum carburizing tests on four types of furnace tubes at different times to obtain different carburized layer thicknesses.Use a magnetic analyzer to test the coercivity of the furnace tubes after the test,and determine the carburized layer thickness through numerical fitting It accords with the corresponding relationship between the coercive force value and the quadratic equation of one element,so as long as the coercive force value of the furnace tube is measured,the rapid and accurate detection and evaluation of the furnace tube carburized layer can be realized.
