摘　　要：文化产业的数字化赋能机制与量子力学中粒子受激由基态向激发态的跃迁行为异曲同工。在智能经济时代,文化产业将不断吸收、消化与其技术范式相匹配的数字技术资源,强化产业能级。但文化产业能否长期处于高能级水平,则取决于文化产业技术体系与技术轨道跃迁的耦合程度。为此,构建了非线性动态面板模型,研究发现我国文化产业的数字化赋能效果的确具有倒"U"型影响,即数字技术可以在短期提升文化产业的能级水平,但在长期会受到数字技术成熟度、相关制度与环境建设等因素制约。因此,我国应当完善文化产业数字化发展投入体系,持续优化文化产业结构,健全文化产业科技政策,继而进一步释放文化产业的数字化赋能效果。Abstact:The digital enabling mechanism of cultural industry is similar to the quantum mechanics of parti-cle’s transition from ground state to excited state.In the era of intelligent economy,the cultural industry will contin-ue to absorb and digest the digital technology resources matching its technical paradigm to strengthen the industri-al level.However,whether the cultural industry can stay at a high level for a long time depends on the coupling de-gree between the technological system of the cultural industry and the technological orbit transition.Therefore,thispaper constructs a nonlinear dynamic panel model and finds that the digital enabling effect of China’s cultural in-dustry does have an inverted“U”-shaped effect.This shows that digital technology can improve the level of cultur-al industry in the short term,but in the long term,it is restricted by such factors as the maturity of digital technolo-gy related institutions and environmental construction.Therefore,the government should improve the input systemfor the digital development of the cultural industry,continuously optimize the structure of the cultural industry andimprove the relevant policies of the cultural industry,so as to further release the digital enabling effect of the cul-tural industry.
