摘　　要：上巨虚作为临床治疗的重要穴位之一被广泛取用,本研究从上巨虚的经络关系、穴类特点、主治功效以及解剖学、实验机制等现代研究探析上巨虚的治疗领域。上巨虚分属足阳明胃经,与冲脉相关联,在腹部、胫足疾病的各腧穴协同治疗上具有重要作用;现代基础及临床研究表明,上巨虚可能影响炎性分子的变化、神经元细胞、神经核团的放电情况以及生物能量信息,治疗范围包括但并不局限于胃肠道疾病。在今后的研究中,为提高针灸治疗的效果,可从控制变量入手对针刺、灸法和穴位注射等不同干预方式采取分类讨论,为腑病穴位组合的标准化施治提供思路。Shangjuxu(ST37)is widely used as one of the important acupoints in clinical practice.This study explored the indications of ST37 in terms of the meridian relationship,acupoint characteristics,therapeutic efficacy,local anatomy,experimental mechanism and other modern research about it.ST37 belongs to Stomach meridian of foot Yangming,which is associated with Chong Channel,it plays an important role in the cooperative treatment of abdominal and tibial foot diseases.Modern basic and clinical studies have shown that ST37 may affect the changes of inflammatory molecules,the discharge of neurons and nerve nuclei and bioenergy information,and the scope of its indications includes but is not limited to gastrointestinal diseases.In the future researches,in order to improve the effects of acupuncture therapy,different intervention methods,such as acupuncture,moxibustion and acupoint injection,can be classified and discussed from the control variables,so as to provide ideas for the standardized indications of acupoint combination of viscera diseases.
