摘  要:为识别有机氟生产企业生产中的土壤污染风险物质、风险源和土壤污染途径,从而最终达到避免有机氟化工企业生产造成污染土壤环境的目的。通过调查研究现有氟树脂及氟橡胶类有机氟化工企业各生产线物料情况、生产工艺、场地及污染物特征,识别到该类企业涉及氟化氢、盐酸、三氯甲烷、五氯化锑等多种土壤污染风险物质。企业主要土壤污染风险场地有生产线布置区、物料储存区及环保设施布置区等。各类风险场地的风险物质对土壤环境的污染途径主要有大气沉降、垂直入渗、雨水淋溶等。在企业环境管理中应重点关注。In order to identify the soil pollution risk substances,risk sources and soil pollution pathways in the production of organic fluorine production enterprises,so as to finally achieve the goal of avoiding the pollution of the soil environment caused by the production of organic fluorine chemical enterprises.This paper investigated and studied the existing fluororesin and fluororubber organic fluorine chemical production line materials,production processes and pollutant characteristics,identified that such companies involved hydrogen fluoride,hydrochloric acid,trichloromethane,antimony pentachloride and other soil pollution risk substances.The main soil pollution risk sites of the enterprise include production line layout area,material storage area and environmental protection facilities layout area.The risk substances in various risk sites pollute the soil environment mainly through atmospheric deposition,vertical infiltration,and rainwater leaching.It should be focused on in corporate environmental management.
