多焦人工晶体植入术后患者全程视力及视觉质量的分析

摘　　要：目的探究多焦人工晶体植入术后患者全程视力及视觉质量。方法选取2019年7月至2021年2月九江市第一人民医院收治的60例白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术患者作为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法分为对照组(30例)与观察组(30例),对照组采用植入单焦人工晶体方法,观察组采用植入多焦人工晶体方法。比较两组的视力情况、术后视觉不良症状、戴镜情况、视功能及生存质量。结果两组患者治疗后,观察组的远视力矫正后的近视力(DCNVA)、裸眼近视力(UCNVA)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的最佳矫正近视力(BCNVA)、最佳矫正远视力(BCDVA)、裸眼远视力(UCDVA)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组的术后视觉不良症状眩光、光晕评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的戴镜率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的视功能及生存质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多焦人工晶体植入术能够有效改善白内障患者的视力及视觉不良症状,降低患者的戴镜率,提高患者的视觉质量,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the visual acuity and visual quality of patients after multifocal intraocular lens implantation.Methods From July 2019 to February 2021,60 patients with cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by digital parity method.The control group was implanted with the single-focal intraocular lens,and the observation group was implanted with a multifocal intraocular lens.The visual acuity,postoperative symptoms of poor vision,wearing glasses,visual function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The distance-corrected near visual acuity(DCNVA)and uncorrected near vision acuity(UCNVA)of the observation group after distance vision correction were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant difference in the best corrected near vision acuity(BCNVA),best corrected distance visual acuity(BCDVA),and uncorrected distance vision acuity(UCDVA)between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in glare and halo score of postoperative visual impairment between the two groups(P>0.05).The rate of wearing glasses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual function and quality of life scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multifocal intraocular lens implantation can effectively improve the vision and poor vision symptoms of cataract patients,reduce the rate of wearing glasses,and improve the visual quality of patients.It has clinical application value.
