摘 要:为了研究不同配植对水中Pb的吸收效果,以及Pb对不同组合中植物生理指标的影响,用含有5 mg/LPb的水,对以下4种配植进行栽培试验:再力花+旱伞草(A)、鸢尾+旱伞草(B)、再力花+鸢尾(C),旱伞草+再力花+鸢尾(D),分别培养3d、5d、7d后测定各配植植物的生理指标,并测定第7 d时水和植物根、叶中的Pb含量,以未加Pb培养即Pb处理0 d为对照.结果显示:在第7 d时,植物根对Pb的富集效果比叶好,4种不同配植根对Pb的富集效果为D>B>C>A,D配植中各植物根对Pb的富集效果为鸢尾(0.323)>再力花(0.153)>旱伞草(0.116);随Pb对植物处理时间的增加不同配植中3种植物叶绿素含量逐渐下降且均低于对照,丙二醛含量逐渐上升且均高于对照,不同配植中3种植物可溶性总糖含量在Pb处理第3 d和第5 d时高于对照、第7 d时低于对照,在Pb处理下可抑制不同配植中旱伞草可溶性蛋白含量,但能促进不同配植中鸢尾、再力花可溶性蛋白含量.In order to study the absorption effect of Pb in water by different combinations and the effects of Pb on the physiological indexes of plants in different combinations,And the effects of Pb on plant physiological indexes in different combinations.In order to study the absorption effect of Pb in water by different combinations and the effects of Pb on the physiological indexes of plants in different combina‐tions,The content of Pb in water,plant roots and leaves was measured on the 7th day,and the control group was treated with Pb for 0d without Pb culture.Cultivation tests were carried out on the following four plant combinations:Allianthus glandulis+Iris glandulis(A),Iris glandulis+Iris glandulis(B),Allianthus glandulis+Iris glandulis(C),and Allianthus glandulis+Iris glandulis(D).Physiology in‐dexes of each plant were measured after 3d,5d and 7d culture,respectively.The enrichment effect of four different combinations of roots on Pb was D>B>C>A,and the enrichment effect of each plant root in D combinations was Iris(0.323)>(0.153)>(0.116).The results showed that at the 7th day,the enrichment of Pb in plant roots was better than that in leaves.Compared with the control,with the increase of Pb on plant processing time three kinds of plant chlorophyll content were gradually decline,malondialdehyde content are on the rise,soluble total sugar content,sunshade grass three plants in 7 d soluble protein content were lower than control,iris,then force soluble protein content were lower than at the time of Pb treatment 7 d.
