摘　　要：图书馆的实力是高校文化软实力的重要组成部分,图书馆的服务能力是高校文化软实力的重要体现,图书馆自身建设是高校文化软实力建设和提升的重要途径,高校图书馆自身的文化建设是高校校园文化建设系统工程的重要组成部分。打造高水平的大学图书馆,对于构建高校强大的文化软实力,推进学校的内涵建设和学科建设,提升大学的办学水平和核心竞争力具有重要意义。The strength of the library is an essential part of university cultural soft power.The service ability of the library is an important embodiment of university cultural soft power.The construction of the library itself is an important way to construct and enhance university cultural soft power.The cultural construction of the university library itself is an important part of the systematic project of university campus cultural construction.Building a high-level university library is of great significance for building a strong university cultural soft power,promoting the connotation construction and discipline construction of the university,and improving the school running level and core competitiveness of the university.
