摘　　要：通过实施业财融合可以实现业财一体化和信息高度集成,可以解决企业存在的业财流程相分离、信息处理效率较低的问题。本文阐述了中兴通讯业财融合的概况,对中兴通讯业财融合实施及其效果进行分析与评价,以期为其他行业通过业财融合进行财务转型提供参考。Through the implementation of business and finance integration,high information integration can be realized,and the problems of business and finance processes separation and low information processing efficiency can be solved.This paper analyzes the general situation of business and finance integration of ZTE and evaluates the integration effect,which can be used as a reference for other industries to carry out financial transformation through business and finance integration.
