教育者和教育对象影响思想政治教育方法有效性研究

摘　　要：教育者和教育对象出现的新变化在不同程度上影响着思想政治教育方法的有效性。人是最活跃的要素;人的改变要求方法做出适应性的改变;提升思想政治教育方法有效性的终极目的是为了人。这三个方面构成了教育者和教育对象何以影响思想政治教育方法有效性的内在机理。提高思想政治教育者素质,增强方法运用能力,以解决实际问题为导向,促进思想政治教育对象与方法相适应,是提升思想政治教育方法有效性的有效策略。Educators’and education objects’new changes are influencing the effectiveness of methods for ideological and political education to different extents.Man is the most active element.Man’s changes require the methods to change correspondingly.Improving the effectiveness of the methods finally aims at man.The three above aspects form the inner mechanism with which educators and education objects influence the effectiveness of the methods.The effective strategies to improve the effectiveness of the methods includes improving educators’qualities,strengthening their competence to apply effective methods,taking solving practical problems as guidance,and making education objects adjust to tje methods.
