摘 要:BZ油田是海上大型常规稠油油田,投产开采至今,低产低效井数逐年增加,严重制约着油田高效开发。文章在明确低产低效井定义基础上,基于对BZ油田过往低产低效井治理数据挖掘分析,引用决策树分析方法,构建决策树模型,挖掘出影响油田低产低效井治理效果的重要因素依次为低产低效成因、有效度、日产油。应用该模型对油田低产低效井治理计划进行优化,识别出相对高产潜力井,提前实施见产,达到通过优化措施顺序间接增产的效果,同时验证了该方法的可靠性。BZ oilf ield is a large conventional heavy oil f ield offshore.Since the start of production,the number of low production and low eff iciency wells has increased year by year,which has severely restricted the eff icient development of oilf ields.On the basis of clarifying the def inition of low production and low eff iciency wells and the data mining and analysis of the previous low production and low eff iciency wells of the BZ oilf ield,the decision tree analysis method is used to construct a decision tree model to f ind out that the important factors affecting the governance effect are the reasons of low production and low eff iciency,effectiveness and daily oil production in this oilf ield.This model is used to optimize the treatment plan of low production and low eff iciency wells in the BZ oilf ield,identify relatively high-yield potential wells and implement the production in advance to achieve the effect of indirect increase in production through the optimization of the sequence of measures.At the same time,the reliability of the method is verif ied.
