摘　　要：文章基于野中郁次郎的知识创造管理理论,构建CNMARC书目数据线上审校过程模型,以精准、快捷、可持续为书目数据审校的目标,采用倒序审核法,通过共享隐性知识、发掘显性知识、跨层转移知识三阶段,探索线上审校知识创造过程。文章认为,线上审校既是创造审校新知识的管理过程,更是编目馆员克服不确定性、创造差异性的实践智慧。Based on Ikujiro Nonaka’s knowledge creation management theory,the article constructs a online proofreading process model of CNMARC bibliographic data,takes accuracy,speed,and sustainability as the goal of bibliographic data review,adopts a reverse review method,and explores the knowledge creation process of online proofreading through three stages:sharing tacit knowledge,discovering explicit knowledge,and transferring knowledge across layers.It is believed that online proofreading is not only the management process of creating new knowledge for proofreading,but also the practical wisdom of cataloging librarians to overcome uncertainty and create differences.
