摘 要:柴油机的气缸是气体压缩、燃烧和膨胀的空间,并为活塞起导向作用。燃烧过程中气缸套的内壁直接受到高温高压燃气作用,而它的外侧又被冷却水包围。在内外壁如此大的温差下,气缸套将会产生相当大的热应力及热变形,其可靠性对整个柴油机的正常工作有着重要的影响。所以在气缸套的设计过程中必须进行深入的热分析,对其结构设计和运行可靠性有一个较为准确的估计,为合理地改进和优化设计方案提供依据。In the diesel engine,cylinders are space of compressing,burning and expanding gas,and act as a guide for the pistons.During the process of combustion,cylinder liners'internal walls are directly affected by the gas of high temperature and high pressure while the external walls are surrounded by the cooling water.The cylinder liners will generate considerable thermal stress and thermal deformation because of so large temperature difference between internal walls and external walls.The cylinder liners'reliability has important influence on the normal running of the diesel engines.Thus we must carry out in-depth thermal analysis and estimate the running reliability accurately during the process of structural design in order to improve and optimize the design reasonably.
