摘　　要：近年来木塑复合材料(木塑)在建筑领域的应用成为普遍关注的热点,木塑建筑部品的设计研发也成为木塑在建筑行业实现产业化、规模化发展的重中之重。介绍了木塑复合材料概况及其建筑部品的应用现状,明确了木塑建筑部品在应用中存在的问题;分析了模块化思想在木塑建筑部品中应用的可行性和必要性、现状和趋势;介绍了模块化思想在木塑建筑部品中应用的原则和一般流程;结合典型案例详细阐述了基于模块化思想的木塑建筑部品模块划分和标准库构建的具体方法。研究表明:以模块化思想指导木塑建筑部品的设计研究,可为其创新、绿色、科技的产业化、规模化发展提供帮助和参考。In recent years,the application of wood-plastic composite(WPC)in the field of architecture has become the focus of universal attention,and the design and development of wood-plastic building parts have also become the top priority to realize the industrialization and large-scale development of wood-plastic building industry.The general situation of WPC and the application status of parts were introduced,and further the problems existing in the application of wood plastic building parts were defined.The feasibility,necessity,present situation and trend of modularization in wood-plastic building parts were analyzed.The principles and general flow of modularization in wood-plastic building parts were introduced,and combined with typical cases,the specific methods of module division and standard library construction of wood-plastic parts based on modularization were described in detail.The researches show that the modularization thought can be used to guide the design and research of wood-plastic building parts,which can provide help and reference for the innovation,green,industrialization and scale development of science and technology.
