摘  要:学界曾围绕关怀伦理与儒家伦理的关系展开激烈的讨论,其争论的焦点是儒家的"仁"与关怀伦理中的care是否在哲学基础上具有同一性。其实,关怀伦理学在其理论的发展过程中就有意识地期待超越女性主义的性别经验,成为一种更为普遍的道德体系。韩玉胜则将儒家伦理建构为基于行为主体道德情感的关怀伦理学,试图从人类普遍道德存在而不是以往女性主义的视角来理解关怀伦理,进而在关怀的框架内系统性地阐释了儒家的关怀伦理思想。在此建构的基础上,既为现代人所亟需的道德文化提供了可资借鉴的道德资源,又提供了中西方伦理对话中的一个合理切入点。The academic circles have had fierce discussions on the relationship between care ethics and Confucian ethics. The focus of the debate is the consistency of the Confucian Ren and the"care"of care ethics in the moral theory. In fact,in the development of care ethics,it expects to transcend feminist perspectives on gender to become a more universal moral system. Han Yusheng constructed Confucian ethics as a caring ethics based on the moral emotions of subjects,trying to explain caring ethics from the perspective of human morality rather than feminism in the past,so he systematically discussed Confucian caring ethics within the framework of care. On the basis of his research,it not only provides moral resources that can be used for reference for the moral culture in need for modern people,but also provides a reasonable direction for the dialogue between Chinese and Western ethics.
