家规资源在精神文明建设中的价值与应用——以明清常州府望族为例

摘　　要：明清时期的常州府望族家规具有追求书香绵延、内容体系完整、融合实践指导、践行案例丰富的显著特点。在当代精神文明建设中,这一文化资源具有提供取舍鉴照、启发制度完善、滋养文明生长三大价值优势。在"古为今用、去粗取精"的原则下,可从内容的转化与宣传、内涵的传播与应用两方面着手,重点做好相关文献的整理工作,积极制作品类丰富的文化产品,发挥全媒体的显性传播效应,充分释放文旅融合的潜在传导效应,从而更好地助力"强富美高"新江苏建设,推动江苏精神文明发展进入新的高度。The family rules of the famous families in Changzhou in Ming and Qing Dynasties are important cultural resources featured the knowledge-base,complete systems,practical guidance and rich cases. In the new era of socialist spiritual civilization,the three values of these cultural resources embodies tradeoff reference,system improvement and civilization nourishment. With the principle of "make the past serve the present",and "filter the refinement from the whole",the transformation and publicity of the contents of family rules and the dissemination and application of the connotation of family rules should be centered. The paper accentuates actively producing cultural products in a large variety,giving full play to the dominant circulation of medias and fully releasing the potential lingering impact of cultural tourism integration with relevant document aids. All above is to better the new reform of Jiangsu labeled "strong economy,rich people"and promote Jiangsu spiritual civilization to a new height.
