数字技术赋能“苏州制造”向“苏州智造”转型升级的对策研究

摘　　要：针对苏州虽然已经有了完善的制造业体系,但外向型经济的特点,让苏州制造转型升级迫在眉睫的问题,全面剖析了“苏州制造”向“苏州智造”转型升级的困境和原因,通过建设新型数字基础设施、强化重点产业数据化发展、发挥数据价值新动能等策略,赋能数字技术加快制造业转型升级。Although Suzhou already has a well-developed manufacturing system,the characteristics of an export-oriented economy make it urgent to transform and upgrade Suzhou manufacturing.The presentation presents a comprehensive analysis of the dilemma and reasons for the transformation and upgrading of"Made in Suzhou"to"Made in Suzhou",and aims to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry through digital technology by building a new digital infrastructure,strengthening the development of data in key industries,and giving full play to the new dynamic power of data value.The strategies include building a new digital infrastructure,strengthening data development in key industries,and bringing into play the new dynamics of data value,so as to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry by empowering digital technology.
