配网带电作业用绝缘毯表面污秽成分研究

摘　　要：配网带电作业绝缘防护用具是确保人员和设备安全的重要工具,当绝缘子在使用过程中暴露于设备表面的脏污和作业人员的汗水中,不可避免地形成脏污而影响沿面绝缘性能。通过采样布获得绝缘毯表面的污秽样本,测量了污秽液体的电导率和阴阳离子的含量分析。结果表明,绝缘表面的污秽成分主要为NaCl,因而建立绝缘毯在平时使用过程中要加强清洁。Insulation and protection equipment for live working of distribution network is an important tool to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.When the insulating blanket is exposed to the dirt on the equipment surface and the sweat of the operator in the process of use,it will inevitably be exposed to dirt and affect the insulation performance along the surface.In this paper,pollution samples on the surface of insulating blanket were obtained by sampling cloth,and the electrical conductivity of the liquid was measured and the content of cation and cation was analyzed.The results showed that the pollution component on the insulating surface was mainly NaCl.Therefore,the insulation blanket should be cleaned in the normal use process,and the operation with bare hands should be avoided.
