阿戈美拉汀与文拉法辛治疗抑郁症的效果差异分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨阿戈美拉汀与文拉法辛在抑郁症患者治疗中的临床差异。方法 62例抑郁症患者,依据治疗方法不同分为1组与2组,各31例。1组采用文拉法辛治疗, 2组采用阿戈美拉汀治疗。对比两组患者抑郁、焦虑情绪评分及睡眠质量。结果 治疗后,两组患者抑郁、焦虑评分均低于本组治疗前,且2组抑郁、焦虑评分分别为(54.69±7.74)、(53.49±6.71)分,均低于1组的(59.84±7.81)、(58.74±6.59)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后, 2组患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍评分均低于1组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与文拉法辛药物对比,阿戈美拉汀治疗抑郁症更具有其特殊优势,可缓解患者抑郁情绪,改善睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective To discuss the clinical difference between agomelatine and venlafaxine in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 62 patients with depression were divided into group 1 and group 2 according to different treatment methods,with 31 cases in each group.Patients in group 1 were treated with venlafaxine,and patients in group 2 were treated with agomelatine.Patients in both groups were compared in terms of depression score,anxiety score and sleep quality.Results After treatment,the depression and anxiety scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment in this group,and the depression score(54.69±7.74)points and anxiety score(53.49±6.71)points in group 2 were lower than(59.84±7.81)and(58.74±6.59)points in group 1.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality,time to fall asleep,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,hypnotic medication,and day dysfunction in the two groups were lower than those in group 1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the effect of venlafaxine,agomelatine has more special advantages in the treatment of depression.It can relieve patients’depression and improve their sleep quality,which is worthy of promotion.
