急性颅脑损伤患者的院前急救与护理探究

摘　　要：目的探究急性颅脑损伤患者的院前急救护理的方法及效果。方法选取2018年1月—2020年1月龙岩巿第一医院急诊科收治的144例急性颅脑损伤患者为研究对象,2019年1月该院完善院前急救措施及流程,完善前收治的72例患者设为常规组,应用常规院前护理;完善后收治的72例患者设为急救组,应用院前急救护理。对比2组患者抢救成功率、预后及并发症情况。结果急救组急救反应时间、医院反应时间均短于常规组(P<0.05);急救组预后良好率高于常规组,总残疾率与病死率低于常规组(P<0.05);急救组并发症发生率(16.67%)低于常规组(41.67%)(P<0.05)。结论院前急救与护理对于急性颅脑损伤患者有显著效果,可提高急救效率,控制患者伤情的进展,减少残疾率与病死率,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the pre hospital first aid and nursing methods of patients with acute craniocerebral injury and its application effect.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,144 patients with acute craniocerebral injury were selected as the research objects,In January 2019,our hospital improved the pre hospital emergency measures and procedures,72 patients who were treated before improvement were set as the routine group and received routine pre hospital care;After improvement,72 cases of patients were set as the first aid group,and the application of pre hospital emergency care.The rescue success rate,prognosis and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The emergency response time and hospital reaction time of the emergency group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The good prognosis rate of the emergency group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the total disability rate and mortality rate were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in emergency group(16.67%)was lower than that in routine group(41.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre hospital first aid and nursing for patients with acute craniocerebral injury has significant effect,can improve the efficiency of first aid,control the progress of patients with injury,reduce the disability rate and mortality rate,reduce the incidence of complications.
